Who is CRAZY CANVAS?

CRAZY CANVAS is your loyal and innovative partner for quality artist supplies. We are specialized in the production of stretched canvases and stretcher bars - quality made in Germany. With our production in Berlin, we have been supporting the German artist scene for over 20 years. In doing so, we promote local jobs and preserve traditional craftsmanship in the second generation. We value the importance of quality products, preferably from local production in Germany and Europe.

Where are the products manufactured?

CRAZY CANVAS produces all stretched canvases 100% in Berlin! Our selection of canvas comes from an Italian manufacturer and our painting materials and paints from various well-known manufacturers. We value quality products, preferably from local production in Germany and Europe.

Order & Pay

How do I order from CRAZY CANVAS?

At CRAZY CANVAS we value an easy and user-friendly ordering process. You can find our product families in the product overview . We have sorted our product selection as clearly as possible. Product variants such as format, length and multipacks can be easily selected on the corresponding product page via dropdown menus. No more wild searching for your desired canvas format or stretcher bar profile. If necessary, you can also use the search function in the top bar. Then select the shopping cart and go to checkout.

Why does CRAZY CANVAS need my phone number?

We need your telephone number to ensure an efficient shipping process. We send larger formats and orders as bulky goods or via a freight company, and the delivery staff may contact you directly to organize a secure arrival of your shipment. We hope that this will avoid shipping chaos for all parties!

How do I redeem my voucher code?

When checking out, enter your voucher code in the field provided. The discount will be applied immediately.

Combining multiple percentage discount vouchers in a single order is not possible. However, combining fixed-value purchase vouchers is allowed.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast is shipping?

Very fast !

Depending on the season, production time is usually 1-3 working days, so the total delivery time is usually 2-4 days. For large orders sent by freight forwarder, logistics may take a few days longer.

Where is my package ?

As soon as we have handed over your package to the parcel service or shipping company, you will receive a shipping notification by email with a tracking number so that you can track your shipment.

An item in my order is damaged, what do I do?

Despite our strict quality controls, production errors can occur. Damage can also occur during transport.

If your package is very damaged on the outside, please refuse delivery and take photos so that the parcel service provider's insurance takes effect.

If you notice any damage or quality defects when opening your shipment, please send us a message with your order number from the order confirmation and provide us with the following photos:

1. Photos of the entire packaging and the shipping label

2. Photos of damage and defects

To speed up processing, it helps us a lot if you formulate the subject as follows:

Subject: "Complaint - Order #XXX"
